G SWING BAND

A musical performance that stands out for its elegance and refinement, dedicated to those special occasions that deserve success as: Wedding receptions, Jazz Festival, Concerts, Gala Dinners. The G&G Swing Band was formed by professional musicians from the Jazz World Classical basing their performance on a repertoire made up of the most 'beautiful melodies of American composers (George Gershwin, Cole Porter, Duke Ellington, Hoagy Carmichael) and amazing Standards and timeless, not to mention the memorable film music and interpretations of famous songs in jazz key. Gianluca Galvani takes a young age the 'activities' concert music and quickly is to play alongside the more classic jazz representatives in Italy and abroad. His musical conception and 'almost entirely directed at Jazz Classic and his experiences range from jazz in concert, in the recording studio at the Television, Radiofoniche and since 2009 Cinematographic with Luca Lucini film "Just Married".

Gianluca had the pleasure of collaborating with RAI TV, RAI Radio 2, Renzo Arbore, Paolo Belli, Greg and Lillo, Carlo Loffredo, Lino Patruno, Minnie Minoprio, Gianni Sanjust, Red Pellini, Sammy Rimington, Harold Bradley, Marcello Rosa, Fabrizio Bosso, Giorgio Tirabassi, Enrico Montesano, Cattleya Film and Cinecittà Holding. He has played, and still plays intense activity in the most important Italian Jazz Club among which it is worth remembering: Alexander Platz (RM), Blue Note (MI), Bourbon Street Jazz Club (NA), Cotton Club (RM), Gregorys Jazz Club (RM), Music Inn (RM), New Orleans Cafe (RM), Salumeria Della Musica (MI).
